Say Lou Lou

Now I used to love Icona Pop. 'I love it' was a great anthem but having seen them live supporting Katy Perry I found the 'let's sing every single word together' vibe quickly jarring. Say Lou Lou harmonies are much easier on the ear!
The twins released their first single in 2012.

2014 hit 'Everything we touch' is brilliant.

Their retro styling has drawn comparisons to Abba and the 70s vibe does seem to suit them. Gucci Style

Topshop campaign 2013
The Vogue UK shoot was a chance for Elektra and Miranda to bring the glam.

This is another great tune.

The Real Slim Shadys
Maison Kitsune style.
Thank God! Someone who doesen't do boho at a festival.

Finally
Debut album 'Lucid Dreaming' is out the 23rd February.

Grammys 2015 Red Carpet Fashion

Wow Taylor! Miss Swift is really at her peak these days. I like Elie Saab and this is a step up in creativity too.
This look by Rihanna was described by one critic as resembling "the little doll that sits on toilet rolls". The dress is Giambattista Valli but it reminds me of
McQueen from a few years ago. Not a fan of either!
A bit of a Star Trek hairdo going on here Iggy. I do this, I thought that you knew this.
The Prada dress needs cut out details Rita. A bit of an OAP haircut too I'm afraid.

Pretty good Jessie J! Way better than the garb in your Masterpiece video. Ralph & Russo dress.
Fab Gwen! Jumpsuits are a growing trend on the red carpet. This one is Atelier Versace.
An off night for Katy in Zuhair Murad. Incongruous ma dear.

Remember the scene in movie Big when Tom Hanks turns up to the office party in a wedding tux?

Fun Saint Laurent dress Gwen. Hair needs an updo.
That Mugler dress is too small Nicole.
Chrissy Tiegen's Pucci dress loses points for the chest peekaboo.
Anna Hendrick's on the right track but we need a colour here or accessories to add interest. Over sombre innit.

An off night for Ariana.

I like Meghan Trainor. Her album is good with better songs than the single releases so far. This is unflattering though, it needs more delicacy and subtlety.

I try not to feature Kardashians or Jenners as everyone does that but these are good from the after party

You thinking about being my Jenner it don't matter if you're black or white.

Pucci suits ya Rita!

Finally
I found most of the ceremony boring with a surprising number of slow solemn songs being performed. Every song seemed to feature violins! Thank goodness for Sia & Maddy.

Indiana

"I go dancing by myself
I go dancing with no one else
Solo dancing push me as I go
I go dancing it's so intense
I will dance till the bitter end
No point in asking
Cause I always dance alone
Hypnotized by a lot of emotion
Music stop and the spell is broken
I go dancing by myself"

Don't be invading Indiana's dance space y'all!
Can't a girl just dance without being pestered?!

I'm not massively into trip hop electronica but I do like that song. Indiana is 27 year old Lauren Henson and she describes her music as 'menacing and atmospheric' ( a bit like my local bars).

Her influences include the XX, Frank Ocean and Gary Numan.
'Heart On Fire' is another album highlight.

Finally
Indiana's debut album is out 2nd February

Golden Globes Red Carpet 2015

I tipped Felicity Jones to wow this awards season and she has got off to a great start with Dior.

Lets see the winners and losers as featured on www.vogue.co.uk

Julianne is fun in Givenchy
I like Emma in Lanvin. Good that the blonde highlights are gone too.
Great McQueen moment for Salma
Breathe of fresh air with Leslie Mann
A fedora would have nailed this Naomi.
Kate in Elie Saab is brill.
A big hit for Lupita in Giambattista Valli. Rarely gets it wrong does she.
A bit mismatched this Miu Miu dress on Sienna.

WARNING!
Too Much Flesh Brigade
J Lo looks well but I'm bored of her doing this look. She's in danger of becoming the next Madonna with this kind of behaviour.

Straps need pulling up Rosamund.Vera Wang.
Could have been amazing if subtler.
Lacks punch, pizzazz, yahoo and wow.
Like the butterfly though.
Dapper Eddie in Gucci.
A bit too classical for Amal. Bad times with the retro gloves.
Jessica has more luck with her classical Versace vibes.
I think I read an article in Grazia about Jen switching up and not wearing black lbds all the time. Hmmmm...
Too pale blue Amy
Sophie Hunter does the Brit look in Erdem
Nice colours Kerry but bad silhouette. Mary Katrantzou.
Too much Alessandra darling!
Nina's is better.

Finally
Cara in Thierry Mugler and Selina wowed at the after party.
Rita was on form too.
