The Baftas really disapointed fashion wise this year. Too safe, too unoriginal. As you will see later in the blog it was the pre-Bafta party that was fashion heaven. They should televise that instead!
Lea Seydoux really wowed in Prada at the Baftas. Brilliant colour and design with even the trail rocking it.
Reese looked vibrant in Stella McCartney.
Not my cup of tea but it's different and highly stylised and that gets respect. Tom Ford for Julianne.
I'm not a fan of Jennfier Lawrence wearing Dior dresses that are too old and boring for her. Felicity Jones follows her in dressing older and does Conservative with a capital C.
Dianna Agron in Lanvin is another example.
Jumpsuits are freshening things up at glam events but this is a real mismatch of ideas on Naomi Rapace.
Nimrat Kaur's dress is sweet.
Sarah Jane Crawford's gown has a nice look too.
EE pre-Bafta Party
This party beats the Bafta red carpet by miles, it's far more interesting for fashion.
Natalie Dormer in Roksanda
Emily Ratajkowski in Cushnie Et Ochs.
A class look by Laura Whitmore
The next 3 looks are the kind of youthful style J Law and Felicity should draw from.
Lara Mullen
Ella Catliff
Lilah Parsons
Andrea Riseborough's Christopher Kane dress is kwl.
Stacy Martin was pitch perfect.
Zara Martin goes glam with ease.
Finally
Keep this for the cigar club Douglas dear boy.
