Harlequin Style

Print bright like a diamond! Balmain and Aquilano Rimondi were into harlequin print with their s/s 2013 collections. Rather than just pay homage they played with the print and upgraded it for 2013.
Oliver Rouseting at Balmain was influenced by a trip to Cuba to replicate the harlequin pattern seen on tile floors and wicker chairs.
It's a quirky way to do monochrome if your not feeling stripes and chessboard patterns. Balmain went for big shoulders 90s style.
This jacket and look is probably the best. Full on and fun.
Cool lace effect with this dress.

Aquilano Rimondi
Carnival was an influence for Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi. They went with some wonderful colours and twists with harlequin pattern that were really refreshing.
A very sleek Italian look below.
The shoes on this collection were fun and interesting.
Party time with this shiny number below.
More ladylike with this long skirt.

Finally
The harlequin print is a key Narzipan influence. New post coming soon with our latest 2013 sweaters.
